I had no contact with commercial live birds other than Inghams in the past 72 hours.
I have not been in contact with other Inghams commercial live birds in the past 48 hours.
I have not travelled outside the country in the past seven days.
I have not suffered from diarrhoea, vomiting, gastroenteritis, fever, pneumonia, sore throat or a very bad cold in the past 48 hours. I have stood down until 24 hours passed of last occurrence.
I am not currently suffering from any skin condition affecting hands, arms or face such as eczema, any boils, styes or septic fingers that are not able to adequately covered.
